07-Day Return Policy
At Focus Wireless Targets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
You have 07 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received
- The item must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, regulatory, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, installed, modified, or damaged
- Clearance or final sale items
- Custom or special-order products
- Electronic components that show signs of use or tampering
How to Start a Return

Do not send items back without first receiving return authorization.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
